I heard something similar today as well. As of 2013 all cars produced will have some sort of computer input telling the car what to do whilst driving. Now what if someone created a computer virus for the car? It could bring chaos to all new car owners. What do you think?

Years ago a program was developed called Promis . It created a " backdoor" situation on all produced computers at the time ( and that was years ago) that allowed certain intelligence agencies world wide to tap into what that particular computer knew.....

Think on that for a little bit.... stopping cars is lightweight. Linda

Try Googling PROMIS ( remember.... no E) You should come up with connections to the CIA, the Cabazon Indian tribe here in the desert and various and sundrie strange goings on.

But that was years ago.

Stopping a car in its tracks, shutting down gas pumps....anything computerized ( what isn't) is childsplay but also long time been there done that.

I was stopped by a local officer on Sunday, for a burned out brake light. Then, I ended up with a ticket for not having a current insurance card. That was my fault. I had forgotten to print the new one. The officer's proffesionalism and courtesy were impeccable.
