Stonehenge Beneath the Waters of Lake Michigan

In a surprisingly under-reported story from 2007, Mark Holley, a professor of underwater archaeology at Northwestern Michigan University College, discovered a series of stones – some of them arranged in a circle and one of which seemed to show carvings of a mastodon – 40-feet beneath the surface waters of Lake Michigan.
If verified, the carvings could be as much as 10,000 years old – coincident with the post-Ice Age presence of both humans and mastodons in the upper midwest.

interesting article Rumas. The Great lakes has been known for the magnetic anomalies - so much so that the Great Lakes Triangle has been the subject of several books and television programs. I was researching an article about this when I came across something called the Lake Michigan Triangle where:
There are numerous stories of the supposed appearance of strange creatures, unexplained vanishings, time standing still, slowing to a crawl, or speeding up, or other weird happenings.

could this area of Lake Michigan from article have something to do with that?

It sounds to me like there's a very good possibility that they are in the same location.
