British MP George Galloway in a recent interview he gave to Iran’s Press TV, claimed Israel provided chemical weapons to anti-Assad rebels which they used against civilians last week killing over 1,000 of men, women and children. Watch the interview below.
“If there’s been any use of nerve gas, it’s the rebels that used it. If there has been use of chemical weapons, it were terrorists affiliated with Al Qaeda who used the chemical weapons. Who gave them the chemical weapons? Here’s my theory: Israel gave them the chemical weapons,” said Galloway.
Galloway also said that the use of chemical weapons was to provide an excuse to the so-called “international community” to attack and destroy Syria, as they did to Libya. “However, the West cannot do it as Syrians have the power to resist (military invasion),” said Galloway, while adding that being defeated in Syria now, the United States is asking Russian President Putin to save it from military humiliation. Inrestingly, the pro-Israel Al Jazeera and Reuters published the news of massacre in East Ghouta, Damascus “one day” before the massacre happened.
Syrian army could not have used the chemical weapons against civilians especially when the United Nations inspectors were visiting the country to investigate the use of such weapons.
Syrian Information Minister Omran al-Zoubi highlighted certain countries’ hostile stance towards his country telling the world that a media and political campaign of lies is being circulated by certain Arab and foreign media outlets including al-Jazeera, al-Arabiya, Sky News and others which are involved in the shedding of Syrian blood and supporting terrorism, with the objective of distracting the UN committee of inspectors of its mission to investigate which party to the conflict has used chemical weapons.
“The cries of terrorists and their calls for aid accompany the fact that the Armed Forces are advancing on the ground, and also accompany the fabricated campaign waged by some channels in desperate bid to imbue false morale in the armed terrorist groups,” he said.
Mark Dankof, a former US Senate candidate from San Antonio, also told Press TV that the US, Israel and Saudi Arabia are behind the recent chemical attack in Syria.
“It is obvious, who wants this Alawite, Shia regime out of power in Syria? The United States and Israel and the Saudis and the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council states and in terms of terrorism, they are using al-Qaeda, they are using al-Nusrah, they are using the most extremist and dangerous Sunni, Wahhabi extremists to do their dirty work for them in Syria,” said Dankof.
Israel’s Netanyahu, Shimon Peres, Livni – and Israel’s American poodles like Joe Biden, John Kerry, Susan Rice, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Joe Lieberman, and many others have been calling for US military intervention in Syria in support of anti-Assad rebels.
