CIA program introduced in 1950. Has something to do with the assassination of Kennedy by Oswald.

Because there isn't much in the mainstream media about it. I remember it being talked about during the Iran/contra hearings and a few other cases. People have to dig for information.Look up "Operation Paperclip"
