This is a tutorial on how to communicate with your subconscious.
It is not as complicated as it sounds. By doing (feeling) it right it is possible to learn it within a week. Well, there was a client who took me a year, but it is never the less achievable.
Just don’t try to complicate, the easier the better.

There are three steps (six if included minor steps) in this tutorial:
1) Pendulum psychokinesis practice – about an hour
2) Spontaneous body movement practice – about an hour
3) Subconscious communication practice – about an hour
Each step is required for the next, so practice accordingly.
The suggested practice time above is for reference only. However, it should not be taken more than that or else it is time wasting.
I have not included every detail in this tutorial, so it is better to ask me if you have question.

1) Pendulum practice
This is the basis of spiritual practice and is supposed to be the easiest in this whole tutorial.
A little bit of story. I am not born psychic, in fact I have never been one before as I am writing this. Before that, pendulum is my first and only way to get into real spiritual work. I understand how one gets frustrated with many spiritual practices but failed every time, I too have gone through that. Pendulum does not require any special ability, all you need to do is to try.
A simple explanation of how the pendulum works: When you mentally focus at the pendulum, it generates physical movement, or known as psychokinesis. With this, spiritual work becomes possible since it is mental interaction, where you can use this as communication purpose. Of course, one may say psychokinesis doesn’t exist. I personally come out with a crude idea on how to prove or disprove psychokinesis:
-no image shown-
Of course this will require proper mathematical derivation, but for the moment I will just stick with this one. The idea is to introduce a pendulum swinging mechanic that prove or disprove psychokinesis.
Anyway, the point is, in my opinion, psychokinesis is the basis of many spirituality. In fact, this is the only way for me to derive spiritual work and practice.
This tutorials starts with psychokinesis practice the pendulum. After that, it is to apply the psychokinesis to your own body, or in other word, to induce spontaneous body movements. Finally, it is to learn how to control with the spontaneous body movements and communicate with your subconscious.
Enough said, let’s start from scratch.

Make your own pendulum (20minutes)
What you need: An AA Battery or anything that has the similar weight and shape of it, a soft and tiny thread and a duct tape (optional).
Use a tape to stick a thread to a AA battery, like these:
-no image shown-
You may just tie it firmly without using a tape as long as the it has enough weight and stability.
Thread and weight of the pendulum
If the thread is too long, it stores a lot of potential energy which make pendulum harder to swing. Same goes with the weight of pendulum.
The length of the thread should be around one to one and a half of your palm’s width from your fingertips to the pendulum when you hoist it up with your fingers. The weight should be the weight of between one to three of AA batteries.
Stiffed thread is harder to swing freely and hollowed pendulum is hard to focus at. So make sure the thread is soft and the object you use as pendulum is solid.
There is no need to buy a nice pendulum for this practice. You can learn psychokinesis with a simple and easy-to-get pendulum.

Psychokinesis practice
Use one hand to pick up the pendulum, use just your fingers to pinch the thread and pick the pendulum up. The distant between your finger and your pendulum is about one to one and a half of your palm’s width. Elbow your hand on a table, use another hand to support the hand and relax. You can also use the fingers of your both hands to pick up the pendulum and let the weights of both hands counterbalance to each other. Just make your hand can be relaxed and not exerting any force to the pendulum so you can assure that there is only psychokinesis induced at the pendulum in your practice.
You have to really move the pendulum only with your mind. Don’t tensed up your hand.
Relaxation of your hand
When the pendulum moves, its momentum will cause your hand to move as well no matter how hard you try to maintain your posture. Therefore, if you are attempting to stilled the pendulum by manipulating the position of your hand, you will be confused if your hand has ever influenced your pendulum or not.
Thus, to assure the psychokinesis practice, you just have to relax your hand. Even if your hand is moving, since it is relaxed therefore you know you are not exerting any extra force to the pendulum.

A) Focus at the pendulum and move it with your mind (20 minutes)
Stare at the pendulum and try to move its mass center to make it moves.
Do not try to imagine how the pendulum moves or its mass center feels like. Assume that you are treating the pendulum like an independent being.
In this psychokinesis practice, the mental feeling of how you are mentally pushing it, the “mental” mass center of the pendulum, is similar to the way you understand the physical mass center of the pendulum. However, psychokinesis is purely mental, therefore only feeling in mind is experienced here. Do not define this with physical experience. Think of this as the pendulum have defined its own mass center and you are trying to get it right.
Once you are able to feel the mass center (mentally), it will react to your mental focus and follow the direction of your (mental) push. The mass center is no solid, in fact, it doesn’t really require the staring of your physical eyes. It is just a feeling, like a colorless and penetrable phantom body.
Mentally push the pendulum to its maximum amplitude and then still it down as quickly as possible. If everything is right, the thread and weight of the pendulum and your hand is relaxed, swinging the pendulum up to 10 degrees of inclination or more is easy.
Another important thing is that you need to keep focus and stay thoughtless.
Psychokinesis, mental focus and thoughtlessness
In spirituality, “nothingness” is an old but the most important topic. It is applied in meditation but as different person has different experience, thus it has been explained in different ways, sometimes even contradicts to another.
However, through psychokinesis practice (with pendulum), this can be easily understood and applied. When one attempts to move the pendulum with mind, he/she must stay focused and thoughtless. In other word, if you are focusing at somewhere else or shift your mind into any other thoughts (beside of the pendulum’s mass center), the psychokinesis cannot work well.
This clearly derives thoughtlessness which relates to mental focus and can be applied in meditation without much deviation with different people.

If this is hard for you to stay focus and thoughtless, don’t worry, it is fine to be defocusing and thoughtful a bit. It will swing ineffectively but definitely still swings.
If you have hard time to find the mass center, adjust your feeling. Try to feel around the mass center of the pendulum, up, down, front, back, left, right, use your mental touch sense. You can also try to physically lift it up, down, front, back, left, right to feel the physical mass center of the pendulum before the practice.
There is no “power level” of your psychokinesis. It is either you are feeling it wrong or doing it right and get it swing.
If you are not being able to do it, just throw question to me. Most of the time it is just some mind boggling misunderstanding and mental work is easily influenced by that.

B) Focus at the pendulum to let it moves spontaneously (20 minutes)
Next, focus and feel at the pendulum’s mass center with your mind to make it moves spontaneously. The feeling of mass center is the same as the previous practice.
Once you have felt the area where the pendulum reacts to your mental focus, follow and continue to feel it to make it move more. Do not add direction in your mind at this time, just feel and fellow.
Again, do not try to imagine how the pendulum’s mass center is (mentally), just feel it as defined by its own. If you have hard time to feel the mass center, again, adjust your feeling. Try to feel around the mass center of the pendulum, up, down, front, back, left, right, use your mental touch sense. Or try to physically lift it up, down, front, back, left, right to feel the physical mass center of the pendulum before doing it again.

Newbie might have hard time to do this in the beginning, because it is always starting with small movement. Once you manage to get a small movement, you will eventually be able to make it move bigger to reach its maximum swing.
You might ask why won’t we hang the pendulum at somewhere else to practice this? Well, in that case, it is connected to earth and shifted the mass center has shifted to earth. That is impossible to do because the earth’s mass is too big.
If you can’t feel the mass center, you will not get the psychokinesis.
The feeling
The feeling in our mind can be roughly categorized into two: physical or mental.
The physical feeling is the physical senses of our body interacts with physical objects, the mental feeling exists only in mind.
For example: when you eat an apple, you taste the apple for real; when you try to imagine how the apple taste like, you do remember the sense although it is not as real as the physical one (only if you have ate an apple before). Many of the mental feelings are coming from the physical experiences, but not all. Mental feelings such as the experiences in dream, such as flight, passing through wall, bending astral body, and etc., cannot be defined nor experienced by physics.
Psychokinesis is mental, therefore you shouldn’t be focusing at physical sense during the practice.

Once you have managed to yield some psychokinesis results, you can just move on to do the next.
Make it as simple as possible, do not complicate.
Next, it is going to be applying psychokinesis to your own body. You can google ‘body moves by itself’, ‘spontaneous qigong’ or ‘spontaneous kriya’ for more info.

2) Spontaneous body movements practice
Once you are able to feel the mass center of the pendulum (mentally), you can apply this to your own body. In other word, to turn your body into the way the pendulum works, to induce spontaneous movements (and then to use this as communication with your subconscious).
I suggest to practice this before sleep, just don’t get too tired but it is fine anyway.
Spontaneous body movements can be odd. So make sure you lock your door shut and double check it before you start, so nobody can disturb you.
There are three ways of doing this: Sleeping, sitting and standing postures. Newbie starts from sleeping posture.
Do not limit the spontaneous body movements (Zero and infinity)
You have to have the idea of “accepting infinite possibilities”. Long story short, it is about “nothing and infinity”, old but still one of the most important topic in spirituality. I would say that while many spiritualists are talking about nothingness, practicing it, but when strange things happened during their practice and are out of their understanding, they mostly have limited themselves, avoided the strangeness by making up theories. This is not infinity although they are claiming it themselves. The truth is, there are and will always be things that are out of our understanding. Just admit this and let go of over-claiming things. Infinity includes things that are always ahead of all of our knowledge.
So, when things are getting strange in spontaneous body movements, just ignore them if you have no idea what they are about. Even if you might know a little bit (which is good), you have to constantly open yourself up to other possibilities, so that you will never limit yourself (to be better).

A) Spontaneous body movements through fully relaxed sleeping pose (until sleep)
It is easier to feel your consciousness center by laying down and fully relaxed on your bed. This is similar to psychokinesis practice where it is easier if you relax your hand.
Once you are fully relaxed, focus and stay thoughtless to feel your consciousness center. This should induce the spontaneous body movements like the spontaneous psychokinesis in pendulum when you are focusing at mass center. However, pendulum has only one type of movement, which is swinging, as well as a fixated mass center. Your body on the other hand can have multiple movements and your consciousness center is varying. Thus it is harder to feel the consciousness center and you need to be patient to feel it right. Sometime when you are feeling your consciousness center being at your right but you get left side of your body moving instead.
Consciousness center is where your subconscious are focusing at, so, it is just a part of your subconscious.
Similar to the psychokinesis practice with pendulum, you have to stay focus and thoughtless to feel your consciousness center. You are not supposed to imagine how the consciousness center is like, but how it is defined by itself (which is actually by your subconscious). If you have hard time to find the consciousness center, adjust your feeling. Try to feel around or within your body, up, down, front, back, left, right, use your mental touch sense.
Once you are able to feel it, your body will induce spontaneous movements. Continue to stay focus and thoughtless, feel and follow the consciousness center and let the spontaneous body movements do their things until you fall asleep naturally. You can say that this is like connecting your mind to your subconscious and it moves your body.
This can improve your sleep. So, do it every night as you pleased.
You might be wondering if this might cause your body to lose control. The answer is no. Spontaneous body movements only happen when you are able to maintain focus and thoughtless. Once you fall asleep it simply stops. Unless, you are not following the guideline of “zero and infinity”, instead of staying focus and thoughtlessness, you use some kind of guided meditation, provocation material or thought-forms to induce the spontaneous body movements. This can really lead to uncontrollable body spasm. You cannot get rid of random thoughts with another thought, instead, you get more thoughts by doing that. It is like you try to balance a spring by putting in more forces, when the forces break they bounce back to you and you loss all of the control.
Pendulum’s “mass” center and consciousness center
You might say that, well, to “focus and stay thoughtless” itself is just another thought-form, so no matter how the spontaneous body movements are induced, they are just a mind trick.
This is where the importance of practice of psychokinesis with pendulum kicks in. In the psychokinesis practice with pendulum, it is impossible to do it if you are not focusing it right, you must focus right at the pendulum. It wouldn’t budge a bit no matter how much thought-forms you have inputted if you are inputting them at somewhere else.
Any other induction methods that are not based on psychokinesis, are considered as thought-inducing methods and if you don’t know what you are doing, you should avoid them, seriously.

Like pendulum, spontaneous body movements will always start with small movement before turn big. It is alright to experience random thoughts during the practice as long as you are not intentionally focusing at them (which are generally known as ‘illusions’ in spiritual teachings). In fact, it is possible to experience extreme illusions or hallucinations during the practice (if you have read some spiritual works you should know about this), just ignore them and keep focusing thoughtlessly at consciousness center and everything will be fine.
Consciousness center is where your subconscious is focusing at in the moment. Since a consciousness can be focusing at anywhere, therefore the consciousness center is not fixated. If you feel it moves, follow it. Remember, the guideline here is the psychokinesis based practice, if you are feeling something different than that, you are not connecting to your subconscious and should be avoided. The rest are illusions (or coming from the one that known as entity, the entity influence).
You have to relax your body, or else you are not letting the spontaneous body movements to happen. However, you should not shift your focus at your body relaxation. As your mind has to consistently focusing at your consciousness center, shifting your focus to your body will inhibit your spontaneous body movements. Although you will still feel like you are controlling your body even when your body moves by itself, but as long as your mind is focused at your consciousness center, it is normal to experience like that.
It is the best to practice this until you fall asleep naturally. In fact, it helps to induce dream in your sleep. If you get lucid dreaming, continue to focus at your consciousness center in your dream, until you wake up naturally. You will find out that even you are aware all the time in your sleep, it still refreshes you like normal sleep. This is also known as ‘astral projection’, you can google yourself about this for more info. However, I do not promote this for astral projection, the main purpose of this tutorial is to learn how to communicate with your subconscious. After you are able to talk to your subconscious, ask it to guide you at anything, such as astral projection.
If you can’t fall asleep with this practice (happens when you just wake up from an enough sleep but try to sleep more), you can try sitting pose to practice this. It is a sitting pose where you let your body weight supported by your body’s pose and fully relaxed. You sit on bed and cross your legs (doesn’t matter of how you sit as long as you feel comfortable), hands on your legs and let your head to back fall freely. Readjust your posture until your body won’t fall apart. Finally, just focus at your consciousness center (same method, just different posture) and meditate like that. The only thing is that when you want to stop, you need stop the consciousness center and body movements first before you can leave. Just intentionally focus at the consciousness center until it stills down, together with the spontaneous body movements stop. You may also do the sitting first (to get sleepy) and then sleeping to sleep.

B) Spontaneous body movement through partially relaxed standing pose (45 minutes)
There are two methods of body relaxation: one is full relaxation, another is partial relaxation.
Full relaxation and partial relaxation
To induce spontaneous body movements, you must relax your body. It is simply because if you are controlling your body, you won’t be able to induce the spontaneous body movements.
Full relaxation is easier for inducing the spontaneous body movements since you aren’t controlling your body at all. It is suitable for newbie who have never tried any body relaxation treatment.
Partial relaxation is by stiffing up your body but partially relax, in other word: half relax half tense of your body (more precisely, your muscles). Since you need to let go of control and relax your body in order to let the spontaneous body movements to set in, therefore, to do this, you need to constantly stiffing up to lock your body posture along with the spontaneous body movements while at the same time partially relaxing your body.
Practice of spontaneous body movements under full relaxation trains your mind (because you only focus with your mind) while practice under partial relaxation trains your body (because you need to strain you body). Both have different outcomes although they are similar practices. 6
No matter it is full or partial relaxation (or sleeping, sitting or standing pose), the induction method is always the same: stay focus and thoughtless to feel the consciousness center.
For partial relaxation, just stand yourself up and do it. Any comfortable standing pose will do.
However, you need to let the spontaneous body movements to complete themselves, after that, you stop. You will feel your consciousness center stops too, where you can finally leave.
Turning subconscious on and off
Since the spontaneous body movements are partially controlled by you, you need to know how to turn them on and off. They are not coming from you but your subconscious, so you need to let it do its job… Think of this as using a computer, you need to wait until the computer has completely turned off before you can unplug its power. If you unplug the power all of sudden, the data in the computer might get damaged.
Another situation is, during the practice you might get disturbed and has to stop immediately. You have to order the spontaneous body movements to stop before you leave. To do this, all you need to do is by focusing at your consciousness center (where you are already in the middle of doing it) and intending it to stop. The spontaneous body movements will respond to that and initiate “closing movements”, complete, and then stop. Once they have stopped, you will feel your consciousness center stop too, and then you can finally leave.
This applies to sitting and standing poses, where you need to let the spontaneous body movements complete. Additionally, for sleeping pose, if you can’t fall asleep naturally and want to consciously wake up, you need to do this as well (you don’t have to do this if you fall asleep and wake up naturally).
If you are able to control the spontaneous body movements, you are one step from learning how to communicate with your subconscious.

3) Subconscious communication practice

A) Communicate using body language
First, try to induce spontaneous movements at any part of your body, such as your hands or legs, with them either fully relaxed or partially relaxed. This time, you don’t have to focus at your consciousness center, just focus at your body parts and feel they move by themselves. You are like an observer watching how your subconscious talk to you through body language.
Remember, still, this is a psychokinesis process, so it is to feel the mental feeling in order to induce the spontaneous body movements, not by your physical senses. Try to feel your body parts as if they have their own consciousness, different body parts have different consciousness, although they are actually all governed by the one and only subconscious of yours.
Meditation, projection and closing states
The act of staying focus and thoughtless at feeling your consciousness center is actually a meditation. It is a process of letting your subconscious to heal your body and mind. So, do this is if you like to improve your well-being. A little bit of info about the spontaneous movements induced by psychokinesis in pendulum practice, this is also being used in healing. For example, a pendulum healer will hold a pendulum to detect (spiritual) energy and if the pendulum does, the healer will let it swings until it has completely stopped so that the healing is done. Meditation through spontaneous body movements works the same. You can google pendulum healing for more info.
Forcing the spontaneous body movements to work for you without sticking at your consciousness center is considered as a projection state. The correct way of this projection is to just order and feel your body parts as if they have their own consciousness. It is too based on the way the psychokinesis works, a controlled psychokinesis. Other projection methods that aren’t based on psychokinesis should be avoided if you do not know what kind of spiritual energy you are dealing with (such as illusion and entity).
When you get interrupted in the middle of your meditation or projection, you can’t just stop immediately but to turn off these states before you leave. For meditation, intend your consciousness center to stop; for projection, intend your body to stop; let the spontaneous body movements initiate closing movements and stop, then you are finally readied to leave. For communication, there is no need for closing since once you have gotten answer from your subconscious, it is considered as closed.

If you are able to control the spontaneous body movements, you can now use them for communication with your subconscious.
First of all, you need to program some body language for your subconscious to be able to communicate. An easy programming is by intending “yes” and “no” body language. You can use your hands, such as left hand moves as “yes” and right as “no”, or your head noting as “yes” and shaking as “no”.
Next, think of some simple questions for your subconscious to answer. After that, if you are using your hands, focus at your left hand or the “yes” intention to see if your subconscious chooses (moves) it, and then the right hand or the “no” again to see if your subconscious chooses (moves) it or not.
That’s all.
Ask something emotional, because subconscious is mental/spiritual. Something like “Do you like red/yellow/green/blue color?” Don’t ask something plain physical. Subconscious can choose not to answer your question. So if you try to ask about lottery, it might stay silent until you have come out some other answer for it to choose.
You can ask more complex question. The formula is that you can program multiple answers at the one time by using various of your body parts. For example, you program 10 of your fingers as 10 different colors and let your subconscious to choose, to answer its favorite color.
Think of this as a computer AI, where you need to input programming so that the computer can compute a result from your input. It won’t be able to compute things that you haven’t input yet. Subconscious won’t be able to answer you effectively if you are not expending your programming.
Once you get a hang of this, proceed to the last step of this tutorial as below.

B) Communicate using mind
The way of using your mind to communicate with your subconscious is similar to the way of using your body. You need to program question-answer choices for your subconscious to choice.
The difference is that, the way you let your subconscious to choose, instead of spontaneous body movements, are substituted by mental feelings in your brain. They are similar to the feeling of focusing at your consciousness center, but with the multiples consciousness centers and are moving like they have their own minds.
Another way to describe these mental feelings is, when you are trying to induce a spontaneous body movement, there is a feeling of initiation in your mind just before your body starts to move by itself. When you are trying to communicate your subconscious with your mind, you are only using the feeling of initiation in your mind, instead of getting the spontaneous body movements to actually happen.
Anyway, let’s start.
In the previous practice, you are using your left hand as “yes” and right hand as “no”. Now you replace your left and right hands with feelings in your mind... You think about “yes” in your mind as “one feeling”, and then you think about “no” as another feeling, in your mind.
Next, think of some simple questions for your subconscious to answer. After that, focus at your “yes” thought to feel if the one feeling has appeared in your mind or not, and then, focus at your “no” thought to feel if the another feeling has appeared in your mind or not. It feels like a mental vibrational touch in your brain more precisely.
If you get your subconscious’ answered in your mind, confirm again by your body communication. The mental communication is pretty vague at the beginning, therefore you need to use your body to confirm. Once you have get used to the feelings in your mind, you won’t need to use your body communication anymore.
You can do multiple questions-answers as well. For example, ask the favorite color of your subconscious. In your mind, just think through different colors such as red, yellow, green, blue, etc… The subconscious will give you a feeling in your mind when you are thinking at its preferred choice.
This method is faster than using your body. In fact, body communication is very limiting, you can’t do it when you are doing physical works. With mental communication, you can communicate with your subconscious, at the same time do your physical works with your body.
There is no sound or visual message received in your mind, this method is based on psychokinesis and is not a psychic medium.
Projection states of spontaneous body movements and spontaneous mental movements
Projection state of spontaneous body movements can be used for spiritual self-study, such studying the spiritual languages, the chants (mantras) and seals (mudras) from your subconscious, which they are spoken and written through your body. It is similar to meditation, but with your intention of observing your own body to move, instead of focusing at your consciousness center.
You can actually use your consciousness center to produce spontaneous mental movements, hearing and sighting some sounds and shapes formed by consciousness center. They are closely resembles to mantras and mudras you experienced in spontaneous body movements. Just focus at your consciousness center and intent to hear and see something from it, it will generates spontaneous sounds and shapes.
Furthermore, you can do the same in your lucid dreaming. Whether you are sleeping, sitting, standing, awake, dreaming, or even mixing them up, they can be initiated in any situation. In addition to that, you can communicate with your subconscious, bodily or mentally, while you are dreaming (lucid dreaming or sometimes unconsciously doing it). You can do all of the three types of meditation (*sleeping, sitting and standing) in your dream too. (*Oh, do you know that it is possible to dream within your dream?)
However, I personally haven’t have any time to do the research by my own. I do not know what these will lead us to. Probably some hidden messages that are awaiting us to discover? You can try these, but with one warning: once initiated, before your leave, always make sure they are completely done or you must have closed them properly! How to close them? Let me repeat this again: Focus at your consciousness center and intent it to stop, together with your body, let them initiate closing until stop. Once they have stopped, you can finally leave.
Oh, by the way. Do not do these before you can communicate with your subconscious. Once you are able to talk to your subconscious, always ask it (him/her) before you start any of these spiritual works.

Once you are able to do all these, you are graduated from this tutorial.
Talk and ask any question to your subconscious. Your life problem, food, money, relationships, ideas, plans, etc… I am sure it can help you in all way, as long as you are willing to expand yourself, your questioning-answering programming in your head, for your subconscious to choose.

For meditation, be sure to take advice from your subconscious before you start. From this point, you are both learner and teacher of yourself.
One last thing: what is subconscious? Well, it is you but another you. You and your subconscious are a same person but with different consciousness. You will naturally understand this when you have learnt this tutorial.

That’s all for now. Good luck.

This tutorial is open for anyone to use. However, I will update this from time to time. It is still a long way to go for me to turn this into a comprehensive research work. Share if you like, but don’t confused this for any other materials. I do not have any relation with any other group.
