A 27-year-old man is dead after a construction site accident in Toronto's west end.
The man, who has not been identified, was reportedly killed by a falling steel beam at a housing development located near Weston Road and Sheppard Avenue West.
The accident occurred at about 1:45 p.m.
The Ministry of Labour had an inspector on the scene Monday afternoon.
There was no word on whether or not high winds reported in the area at the time of the accident were a factor.
