Planetoids just misses Earth

This afternoon around 14.40 hours, the small planetoids 2009 DD45 Earth pass. There is no danger of a collision, since the minimum distance between our planet and the object is 72,000 kilometers.
Yet that distance to astronomical standards very small. The maximum distance between the Earth and a few satellites, for example, is 36,000 kilometers. 2009 DD45 is similar to the planetoids that exploded over Siberia in 1908.
