British daily London Evening Standard reported on August 31, 2011 that Jewish groups have asked Madame Tussauds to consider altering its Hitler waxwork look more defeated. Furthermore, they have demanded that the wax musuem management hire extra guards to stop visitors giving Nazi salute (Heil) to Hitler.

The Madame Tussauds wax museum is one of the topmost attractions in London.

A spokesman for the UK Zionist Federation said that making the Nazi dictator look less “upright” and more “defeated” might discourage guests from making “sieg heil” salutes and other inappropriate gestures.

Stefan Kerner, the federation’s director of public affairs, said: “At the end of the day Hitler has a place in history. I would like to see him in the Chamber of Horrors myself but he was a significant world leader.

Hennecke Kardel in his book ‘Adolf Hitler: Founder of Israel, wrote:

“Anyone who does not want to know in detail about Hitler’s half Jewish “alcoholic” father, whom he dragged home from the “ugly, shameful, stinky and smoky bars”, and who does not want to know about Hitler’s endlessly psychotic hatred toward his kinsmen, will understand little about history of the twentieth century, about the creation of the State of Israel, and about oncoming events which will make us hold our breaths”.
