The pictures of the Gray Aliens you see in this video are, according to my research, actual photographs (though the one on the book cover has a filter on it which makes it more indistinct than the clear one in the middle).
Also according to my research, Dr. Wolf was (at the time of this interview) one of the member of Majestic-12. It is difficult to find a higher-level source than this, and this testimony is rather unique and profound in that sense.
