Is poor New Orleans the subject of a test or HAARP or whatever else they're using in "weather modiification?"
When bored I sometimes watch the weather channel especially when something like Isaac is going on imagine whenI heard I can't remember who was either Al Roarker or (probably Jim Cantore, don't quote me on this)saying the eye of Hurricane Isaac made landfall around 10pm last night and would readmirge back into the gulf?and make a second landfall? What in the world are "they" doing?
Whatever it is they're blatant about it, I never heard of a Hurricane making two landfalls over the same area before, have you?
