If it's all falling apart, when will chemtrails cease ?

Anyone have an answer for this ? I read constantly that the banking system is about to collapse, zillions of arrests of bankers all around the world, the Cabal?NWO/Illuminati are supposedly running scared.
If this is so, how come we still see all those chemtrails all around the world ?

I think part of the problem is that there is way too much information and disinformation mixed together out there and it's hard to know what is true and what is not. Even when things are in the news, that still doesn't give anything to prove that any of the information is true.

But, let's just say that it's true and that the bankers were arrested and the illuminati are running scared. So what you have here could possibly be a similar thing to when wars end and you have groups of soldiers or spies that were not informed and they continue their surveillance like the Japanese soldiers found underground in California U.S., I'm not sure what year it was, but it was well after the war ended. So taking that into account, the people who are contracted out to run these operations may not have been informed to stop and things continue as usual even though their bosses are no longer there. If it's the militaries that are spraying, then they are to follow orders until they are told otherwise.

On the other hand, if the news is wrong, whether it be mainstream media or alternative media, then things continue as they were before and there are too many lies and coverups.

There are so many compartmentalized departments operating that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and the brain is nowhere to be seen.
