Obama says the Bush administration hastily and fear-based decisions were taken. He promised change, and change comes.
Obama wants to introduce laws that you have someone in prison can not continue what he has done, but what he certainly will do. As in the movie Minority Report. These laws and all the knowledge that many cameras are now to face and create a growing database of all his or her private data and behavior patterns can store and recognize.
It might just wait and see what will the pattern is clear but as the world government.
Rachel Maddow does a great analysis of Obama's double talk, he said, in the hall of The National Archives document of the original U.S. Constitution.
