Atlantic Gulf Stream is indeed disturbed by oil spill

On August 2 we reported that Italian Gianluigi Zangari climate scientist based on satellite data have discovered that the sea currents in the Gulf of Mexico caused by the oil slick from the oil rig Deepwater Horizon came to a virtual standstill. Meanwhile, other scientists confirmed this. Recent satellite images show that fact as a result are also extremely important for our Gulf Stream in the North Atlantic Ocean is disrupted, with potentially disastrous consequences for the climate in Europe, North America and the rest of the world.
