Atlantic Gulf Stream is indeed disturbed by oil spill
September 6, 2010
On August 2 we reported that Italian Gianluigi Zangari climate scientist based on satellite data have discovered that the sea currents in the Gulf of Mexico caused by the oil slick from the oil rig Deepwater Horizon came to a virtual standstill. Meanwhile, other scientists confirmed this. Recent satellite images show that fact as a result are also extremely important for our Gulf Stream in the North Atlantic Ocean is disrupted, with potentially disastrous consequences for the climate in Europe, North America and the rest of the world. (1)
The sea-or wave power in the Gulf of Mexico is the engine of the Gulf Stream, running across the Atlantic to the waters around Europe is driven. This Gulf Stream ensures a mild climate both in the entire East Coast of the United States and in most of Europe, including the Netherlands.
Schaper know Paul Noel, Pure Energy Systems advisor and co-founder of the New Energy Congress, recently confirmed the findings of Gianluigi Zangari. "I check the sea currents (the Gulf) regularly," he said. "Also I have noticed that it stopped." In addition, it appears to him on the beaches of the Gulf new, strange shaped residual oil washed ashore. (2)
While the mainstream media claimed that the oil spill is over and news that yesterday when an explosion on another rig also oil would be freed soon were denied, say regardless scientists that at least 80% of the oil still in the Gulf of Mexico present, but because of the highly toxic solvent Corexit under water has dropped and therefore no longer visible to the general public.
The satellite images of the disturbed Gulf Stream in the Atlantic Ocean appear to confirm these suspicions. The oil / mixture would Corexit to a depth of one mile thick layer forms the natural gulf stream stops. As a result, the Gulf Stream in the Atlantic Ocean about 400 km off the coast of North Carolina from disintegrating.
Normal Gulf Stream North Atlantic (September 5, 2004).
Current wave disturbed flow (August 22, 2010).
The disruption of the thermohaline circulation (THC), which the system is described in which hot water flows through the cooler ocean currents and the atmosphere at an altitude of 11 km boven the Gulf Stream influence, has naar reportedly ook the Jet Stream (jet stream) in the atmosphere disrupted. The extreme temperatures and forest fires in Russia and other parts of Asia were the result thereof, as well as the floods in Pakistan and China.
In Europe, the initial effects are visible. After the big floods in central Europe seems the weather in southern Germany is now more like November than in early September. During the day, sometimes only a measured temperature of 7 degrees Celsius (3). Also there is already snow in the Alps, one month earlier than usual (4). In Norway, in August even to half a foot of snow (5). As the Southern Hemisphere, a record amount of sea ice was observed and Australia, the coldest August in 35 years experience (6), consider some meteorologists that all these signals a precursor may be 'global cooling', despite the fact that this year so far one of the hottest ever measured. (7)
Extreme weather and possible new ice age coming
If "nature" will not be able to turn the Gulf Stream in the Gulf of Mexico and thus into the Atlantic Ocean due time, the impact will probably be much disastrous. In North America and Europe, we get to deal with extreme weather, crop failure and possibly even a new little ice age. Other areas are just faced with intense droughts and floods, as we now see in many parts of Asia.
The disrupted climate will have disastrous consequences for the world food supply. Thus Russia has already banned the export of grain, because the crop yields would fall 40% lower than normal. Analysts expect that overall food prices in the short term they could rise again by 70%. In several countries, these rising prices for food riots, in which six people in Mozambique for example, were killed (8). India is torn between on the one hand, floods and droughts on the other side, making the food security of millions has been endangered (9). Australia's fourth largest wheat producer in the world, fighting alongside extreme cold now the worst locust plague in 30 years time at least (10).
In the first article about stopping the gulf stream we took the disaster "The Day After Tomorrow 'to (also a subject some nice special effects, extraordinary even film), in which the sudden withdrawal of the Gulf Stream in the Atlantic Ocean in just a few days time hours and even creates a temperature drop of several tens of degrees, and devastating natural disasters in North America and Europe. So incredibly fast will it not really, but if the Gulf Stream permanent disruption continues we will soon doubtless much more violent weather face than in many places already the case, and even the uibreken by some raised new little ice age is no longer unthinkable.
