CIA report leaked from: U.S. manipulate public opinion on Afghanistan
A leaked CIA report that the U.S. is scared to grip on the fragile support for Europe's contribution in Afghanistan to come at a loss. They look for strategic ways for European governments and citizens to influence and close an important role to Afghan women and the outrage of President Obama on allies who do not participate.
The CIA noted in its internal memo that countries like France and Germany, their contribution to the war could increase by using an "apathy" among the people. They literally say that "public apathy enabled leaders to ignore voters ."
The fall of the Dutch cabinet is monitored by the CIA: "The fall of the Dutch government about the presence of troops in Afghanistan shows how fragile European support for the NATO-led ISAF mission."
