I am sorry Dr. K that I have not gotten back to some of your observations.... they are all so very important. I guess I have been like a computer or an electrical system.... better to " blow a fuse" and step down out of the action for just a bit so that I can recalibrate and come back on line later.... than to have every wire in my system turn to melted goo.

That the decision seems to have been made for me that some information has to " reach the surface" and that THIS is the Forum where that is meant to happen.... I am awed that at least that decision has been made and now I can see how the small steps that have led me in this direction have all been very carefully orchestrated ahead of time.

So I am good to " go with the flow".

And I also have been pretty forcefully reminded that there are situations out there which are disgusting and evil and purely negative....and they are powerful and seeking control...and that I have to learn how to deal with them without "becoming" them....and more and more I have to discover what it means to be me.... Its just as I have tried to explain to others... the last few weeks have been difficult and maybe life changing for me and the flood of incoming information has almost knocked me off my feet. Drenched now..... trying to compose myself.... almost saying... WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?..... If some of you have had this experience then you know exactly what I mean... If not.... then I will use Dads phrase.... "Just wait for it."

In the mean time.... at least in my immediate vicinity... I seem to be the only one actually hit by this....well....there might be a few others.....

ANYWAY.... I am looking forward to my visit with you in Harrisburg Doc. I do not know exactly when it might be but I am looking forward to our visit.

Why did Paul quit? I don't know yet.... entirely.

During the first part of January 09 he suddenly closed down the Forum that had been operating in support of his efforts. Many of the people who were on that Forum you will recognize here....mainly we were all were puzzled and hurt... It was all without warning or notice!!!!.... ( some were insulted)....some were able to reach out to Paul and convince him to open the Forum back up ( ttbrown.com) which he did but he never actively hosted it again.... (and now it is kept as an archive for that period of time when we were all so helpful and supportive. I have appreciated that.)

A month before he " threw up his hands" and quit... Paul had a meeting with Mikado in Pennsylvania. I was not actually privy to that meeting though Paul made quite a show of recording what was being said and later Mikados friend sent me copies of those conversations.

In the year or so that followed... Mikado presented himself as my " helpful little brother" who was bound to " help out" by setting up a Website that I could use to reach those that Paul had abandoned.... it was if ( and this was the image we all had... I hope you don't mind me continuing it) Paul had " sucked mud into his boilers and then run his ship aground.....) Some of us "swam to shore".... while we were drying off and trying to figure out what happened a mystical blue bus called " Qualight" ( Andrew Bolland) showed up and offered us all a place to meet and continue....Honest...it was like a wondrous magical bus tour..we had some wonderful conversations.. but Andrew had other things that had to be done and other places to go so at some point most of us left the " Qualight Forum" and entered this new place that I thought had been constructed to help me while I wrote my Memoirs of my experience with Paul and to continue looking into Dads research....... the place was called " The Quonset Hut" ( ttownsendbrown.com).... manned ( in the shadows of course) by Mikado, his girlfriend Kim and other associates.... one in particular named Fred.

Long story very short.... in the course of events it was shown to me that Fred had breached a serious matter of confidentiality... which got members of " Hog Islands" group involved.... they told me that the situation with Mikado and Fred was serious... and in fact the deception that I had uncovered regarding Freds actions were " just the tip " of the iceberg.

I panicked..... used what powers on the Hut that I had at the time to strip Fred of his authorities but then the mask fell off Mikado.... he ended up cancelling whatever authority I thought that I had on the HUT and basically banning me from the conversations there. And if you spend any time at all on the HUT.... the areas that he has left open... you will see how the forum has been used to discredit almost anything that I would choose to say. I think that the last one who posted a message there was FRED in December of last year.

If you have followed the " feud" between Mikado and me that has raged over years and different Forums now.. ( and getting back to the " recordings" that were made of those meetings).. you will know why I distrust those recordings.....there were alot of theatrics going on....( some of them, I believe now, especially for the recording).... the things that those men actually said to each other when the recorder was turned off.... were not meant to be heard by me....... but of course........have been. (They should have realized that others would have been interested in their entire conversations.... and that information would eventually get to me....) So it is obviously a very touchy subject for Mikado.....
All one has to do is mention the name...."Hog Island" and see what kind of fit he throws.

"Hog Island" is an associate of mine. He is a long time and very senior member of a group that has looked after me my entire life... His position in this has just been to keep track of what various characters are actually doing. And Mikado has been an interesting study for him.... he says. Of course I am not privy to everything that Hog Island collects but what he presents to me I trust.

So yes..... there is a heckofalot more going on here than Pauls simple explanation...

I spoke to KarenAnn23 on the telephone and did mention that I met Morgan. Based on the fact that Karen no longer speaks to me, and the fact that SHE made the call to Linda, speaks volumes in itself. There was no Juan/Carl or Twigsnapper that intervened.

Its funny that he would say that there was "no Juan who intervened" because thats exactly who i GOT the initial revealing phone call from. And the thing that I remembered most about that upsetting call was that he had added " Linda, this is just the tip of the iceberg". People like that don't go further into explanations and I didn't even bother to ask.... but thats when I started hitting the panic buttons about Fred and Mikado doing things behind my back. All that should be recorded here on the HUT but over two thousand messages were erased and I am sure anything incriminating went along with them. I find it funny that Fred would think that he would even know who it was who intervened. Just how would he know that? A couple of kids playing around in a grown up world I think. No wonder they come off looking ridiculous.

In the months that have followed Mikado has launched himself on this active disinformation program spouting that "Morgan" doesns't exist, Twigsnapper doesn't exist.... that they are all somehow a figment of my own overactive imagination! I have to kind of smile at that. They sure heft alot of weight around here to be figments......handsome figments too by the way.

You and I did talk... as you said..... but I think by then I already knew what had transpired and as I recall we talked more about the romantic situtation that you found yourself in and not Fred or Mikado that much. Its strange to me that both of them think that they are the only people worth talking about I guess but the fact is that they were not even really a consideration.

Doc P.... you said that your thrust was to find out more about the propulsion system that my Dad developed. The information that our Navigator Hobbit has put out there is close to first hand information from my Dad.... there are a few disinformation slants to those articles but they are " essentially correct" as my Dad would smile and say.

Once you have had a chance to see what is there we can talk about the slights of hand that were being utilized when Dads " history was mentioned" and how all that came to be.

That " story" of him " working too long and too hard and experiencing a breakdown which led to his leaving the Navy in 1943"... is completely false. And his best friend Beau Kitselman was the one that first " floated" that story in his book " Hello Stupid"..... what was he covering up? What Dad actually did.... which was still under wraps even that late.....

but most of the information from 1952, written by Mason Rose is very, very close to the center.... of SOME of Dads developments.

I have a educated feeling that paper was co-written by a man by the name of Bradford Shank..... who had spent the war years at Los Alamos, and joined Dad after he left the Navy in 1942 ( Dr. K.... perhaps you might find it interesting to see what his job was there.....)

Mason Rose, Bradford Shank, Townsend Brown and a man who was with them but keeping his name out of the papers was A. L. Kitselman.....All four of them involved in things so secret at the time that part of what they were putting out was the absolute truth... and some of it was misdirection to shield other activities....

Perhaps their efforts to develop a method of defense or sheild against enemy attack? Perhaps a method to "take down" approaching danger?

Anyway Hobbit, with that marvelous link.... has found an excellent source of information for those of you who were wondering what the fuss about " The Work" of T. Townsend Brown was all about. Its not a will of the wisp....and some of it is rock solid and has been verified from experimenters in the current day.... but the rest of what they were doing is very much in the dark..... even now.

The papers that you are reading here from Mason Rose and ( In the shadows, Bradford Shank) are the first time the Effect was called " Biefeld-Brown" and I believe they dubbed it that with Dads full authority and in fact, encouragement. He always considered Dr. Biefeld a good friend and important mentor and I believe that he wanted to make sure that he got recognition though the truth of it will always be that it was Townsend Brown himself who made the discovery, with Dr. Biefelds strong encouragement.

For those of you who are students of " The Philadelphia Experiment" written by Moore, you will find all of this information, almost word for word, restated in his chapter 10 of that book " The Force Fields of T. Townsend Brown"......... and folded in this article and in the following chapter there is an important piece of disinformation which I would like to talk about here.

This is what Moore originally stated. I have highlighted in red certain passages..........

The early years of the war saw Lieutenant Commander Brown deeply involved as a physicist with projects conducted under the National Defense Research Committee (NDRC), and later under its successor, the Office of Scientific Research headed by Dr. Vannevar Bush. Among other things, Brown performed some very valuable high-vacuum work as well as experiments centered on perfecting methods of ship deguassing. However, the combined effects of his having worked "too long and too hard," and of his personal disappointment in the failure of his projects to gain proper recognition resulted in a nervous collapse in December of 1943. Retirement from the service quickly followed and Brown was sent home to rest. Six months later, the spring of 1944 found him working as a radar consultant for the advanced design section of Lockheed-Vega Aircraft Corporation in California. Colleagues referred to him as a "quiet, modest, retiring man...a brilliant solver of engineering problems" and "exactly the sort (of man) one expects to find in important research installations." More importantly, he was still working on his Gravitator, although, interestingly, Brown would not speak in terms of gravity when describing it - preferring rather to use the more scientific but decidedly less sensational term "stress in dielectrics."

Dad did not leave the Navy in December of 1943.... but an entire year earlier.... in the fall of 1942.
He did not have a "nervous collapse" resulting in his personal disappointment in the failure of his projects to gain proper recognition
He was not " sent home to rest"... He did not report to Vega " six months later" but only two weeks after resigning from the Navy.

If you become familiar with the phrases used in the above.... you will recognize the words of Dads best friend.... AL Kitselman.... the famed genius mathematician who set up a special demonstration for Navy " Brass" at Pearl Harbor...

But I am getting ahead of myself..... Just note that Moore has found himself a vehicle of disinformation. Just how much of " ThePhiladelphia Experiment" was an excercise in the same disinformation ploy?

And another BIG question that remains unanswered. In November of 1942 this country was involved in a shooting war on two fronts.....Townsend Brown was recognized at the time as " a man who knew more about Radar detection than anyone in the Navy" ( paraphrased from an official FBI report) SO HOW.... DOES A MAN LIKE THAT.... SIMPLY RESIGN AND WALK DIRECTLY INTO A HIGHLY CLASSIFIED SECTION OF VEGA AIRCRAFT? And why years later was it STILL important to leave the public with the idea that he had " gone home to rest after a nervous breakdown"

Moore threaded that misinformation about his date of departure into a fantasy about Dads connection with the Philadelphia Experiment.... but I contend that the entire train of events above point to a MUCH BIGGER PROJECT which was ongoing then and is still in existence today.

I know that some files became available through another source years ago and Andrew Bolland bought much of it....mainly the letters that Carlos Allende had written to William Moore during the time that he was writing the book.

Only an inch thick??? Thats sort of disappointing.

Now this is extremely interesting. All this time Mikado has been harping on me about somehow " duping poor Paul Schatzkin by sending him messages that were " faked by me".... to be Morgan. I am not sure those are the words that he has used but that has certainly been his inuendo. Poor duped Paul... Right?

Why is it then that I have just discovered a packet of messages that are apparently Pauls copies of what he was sending Morgan while they had this several months long conversation going... Interesting questions.... very interesting answers but I notice at the top the address very plainly says

Now look at that carefully. Paul knew that Email was coming from my IP..... didn't he? It would have been no shock to him that the name would have shown up as being mine.... its right there in the address..... so there was no subterfuge there at all..... Morgan".... and looking over the conversation now... it makes me sad because obviously they both were developing a sort of easygoing friendship......

For Mikado to invent the story that Paul DID NOT KNOW that the Emails were coming from that IP is just ludicrous. He KNEW.... He also knew that he was talking to an individual who was a very special person.... He responded to one message by saying


" So, if you can tell me. Just how large is/was this group? I assume the number is elastic over time. How large was it when Brown was " recruited? How large is it now? Dozens, Hundreds? Thousands? How many countries does it operate in? How far back does it go? Obvious questions I hadn't thought of until now to ask... not sure the answers are as obvious or readily available but I 'm very much in " can't hurt to ask" mode these days and mostly liking the answers I'm getting.

So there it is.

The address with my name on it is right at the top... So Paul recognized the channel that this message was taking. He didn't care.

My point now is this. Why does it make so much difference to Mikado? Why did he take it upon himself to delve into his ( which seems to be) a vendetta against me and what was his agenda?

He has ( with my help) established the ttownsendbrown.com website which he has used as a platform to spew all kinds of negative information in my direction. I had over 6000 messages there to encourage others to look in my Dads direction... Mikado had muddied up that Forum entirely, locked much of the interactions away behind a special password and has discouraged other members so much that no one has put a single message up since the end of December ( last time I looked.) Take a look at the website Folks.... what do you see there.

And of course for reasons only known by Mikado... he has not allowed me to have my name removed from the membership though I have continuously asked and even demanded its removal.

He does not prove anything he says..yET HE CONTINUALLY BARAGES ME with assaults on my character..... and I think its time for him to start putting facts where his mouth has been.

. He can start by naming the classmates that he was supposed to have contacted.... the ones that came back with such negative information about me. Mikado can start proving himself there. If they can be found and they were not a figment of his imagination ( and his slanderous agenda) then I hope that they will step forward here. It will help me remember better what those years were really like.
