Secret Russian Smersh book of known alien races.

I'd been searching Youtube.com recently and discovered these video clips.

The storyline is, that Stalin developed the Smersh in Russia, a forerunner to the KGB. The Smersh possessed a book with the origins, names and fundamental traits of known alien races. Additionally, it included "the why" and "the how" they interacted with mankind and exactly how much time and frequency they visited our planet.

Fascinating if it turns out to be genuine.
