Foreign particles found in Pandemrix vaccines in Germany

Urgent:
The Commission of the German Medical Center of pharmaceuticals (AMK) has issued an urgent report stating that in 2 cases of foreign particles were found when the components of the vaccine Pandemrix (H1N1) from GSK were mixed with the adjuvant supplied separately. The AMK has the Central Laboratory of the German pharmaceuticals and provided samples ordered it to be thoroughly tested.
