For those of you who don't know who "Morgan" is perhaps I need to explain.
Very long story cut very short.
"Morgan" was the name that Paul Schatzkin gave to a character that he met during the writing of the biography of my Dad. ( The Parallel Universe of T. Townsend Brown)
The man he called " Morgan" was a very important love interest in my life when I was a teenager and actually the relationship that he and I developed during the sixties had no actual contractual right to be included in a biography of my Dad....much of it was drawn from my private journals, letters and remembrances.... the link however to my Dad became impossible to dismiss though because " Morgan" eventually turned his back on our personal relationship to follow the work that Dad was into.... and that meant going behind a very dark curtain.
He " stepped back into my life to help with Pauls book....and then later to encourage my Memoir and now.... to encourage further disclosures. He has found many different names.....Paul called him "Morgan" ( and I think he actually liked that name!).... in my Memoir ( The Good-Bye Man) Jan and I settled on the name JD Garrett.... He has come into my life in many different forms and I love and honor all of them..........
Just trying to explain who this " Morgan" is.....
I thought that he had been killed in 1987...... Until he walked up to me here in the desert.... very much alive.... and with PLANS. Watch out when this man has PLANS.
Thats when he drew that triangle in the dirt for me.........
Trying to make a very long story very short.... ah.... impossible.....
For those not aware of the Memoir I wrote.... I simply covered the span of time and the events that happened from the time that Paul Schatzkin contacted me about writing a biography of my Dad.... to the point where Paul threw up his hands and walked away mysteriously from the project... publishing the completed but unedited manuscript just as it was....... anyway.... thats what the Good-Bye Man is all about. But I must tell you that I am not entirely pleased with it.... I left so much out.... and I have vowed to go back and rewrite much of the material.... but it is what it is for now..... The rewrite will be a hard copy book and will include so much more information because it will not stop where Paul did... but continue. Linda
