Smashwords — The Good-Bye Man — A book by Linda Brown

Is reasonably priced and does a fairly good job of filling in the gaps of knowledge about my Dads activities during the fifties... at least from the viewpoint of those who were closest to him. It helped I think , in showing what sort of person he was and with that knowledge its alot easier to speculate on what MIGHT have been happening in the sections of his life that were so very dark.

It needs to be carefully expanded though and thats what I intend to do...

That question of course was actually only something that I will ever be able to answer.
Right now.... I don't know.

I am fortunate though because now I have the company of the man that others have met as " The GreenEyed Russian... on the " other side".... I don't know if I have the courage of actually " going there" with him.... though I trust him completely... He is just waiting I think for me to reach a certain level of understanding. It might be awhile!

Linda, you just made me think of Mr. T. Not the actor, the cat. Another one who died too soon. When we brought him to our house after his "parents" died, he spent the first couple of weeks walking around saying "mmrrf! mmrrf!" Just like the cowardly lion.
