In an article in The New Yorker (June 6, 2011), entitled Iran And The Bomb, the Pulitzer prize winner Jewish investigative reporter, Semour Myron Hersh (born 1937) has refuted US-Israeli fear-mongering rants concerning Iran’s nuclear program.

“The two most recent National Intelligence Estimates (NIEs) on Iranian nuclear progress have stated that there is no conclusive evidence that Iran has made any effort to build the bomb since 2003. Yet Iran is heavily invested in nuclear technology. In the past four years, it has trippled the number of centrifuges in operation at its main enrichment facility at Natanz, which is buried deep underground“.

While the Zionist-regime and its poodle US lawmakers along with Obama administration keep parroting Tel Aviv’s propaganda against Tehran’s nuclear program – many Israeli intelligence officials including former Mossad head Meir Dagan admitted early this year that Tehran is not capable of producing a nuclear device before 2015.

So why the knee-jerk reaction to Iran’s non-existing nuclear bomb by the Zionist-regime and its western marching band? There are two main reasons for this ‘Iranophobia’. First, Zionism is not compatible with peace. The Zionist leaders need to whip constant fear of the Israeli Jews, such as, “300 million Arabs want to destroy Israel and push them into sea” or “Ahmadinejad intends to create second Holocaust”, etc, for deflecting world’s attention away from Israeli fascism against native Palestinian and its other Arab neighboring countries. However, the real reason is Zionist leaders fear that if Tehran succeeds in possesing a nuclear device, their freedom to go on imposing on the region will greatly restricted.

Studying the history of Israel and Iran for the last 60 years – one can easily predict that if the push comes, Israel would be the first to use its nukes against its neighboring countries. The former director-general of nuclear watchdog (IAEA), Dr. Mohamed ElBaradei, in a recent interview had said: “I don’t believe Iran is clear and present danger. All I see is the hype about the threat posed by Iran”.

World public is getting sick of America’s double standards when the question Israel’s nuclear stockpile is raised. Several recent polls conducted by western organizations in Europe and Middle East have proved that the great majority of participants believe American and Israel to be greatest threat to world peace. A 2010 Arab Public Opinion Poll found that 57% of participants believed that a nuclear-armed Iran would be good for the Arab World. A 2011 PEW poll reported that 83% of the participants called Israel the greatest threat to the region, followed by the US. Only 10% had similar views about Islamic Republic of Iran.

Since, being the only nuclear country in the Middle East – to serves its strategic interests, Israel will never allow Iran, Turkey, Egypt or any other Muslim-majority country in the region to acquire nuclear bombs. It has enough of Pakistan being the Muslim nuclear power which Israel with the help of the US and India has been trying to break-up for the last four decades. In an interview with Russian daily Moskovskiy Komosolets, Israel’s radical Jewish foreign minister, Avigdor Lieberman, had said: “Believe me, America accepts all our decisions”. That tells Tehran that no matter how many dialogues it have with the P5+1 – the powerful Jewish lobby groups are not going to let its pressure off on Iran. Therefore, the only alternative Iran has to go nuclear as a deterrent to shut-up the world’s bullies.

Amir Oren writing in Israeli daily Ha’aretz (June 1, 2011) has boasted that Obama’s new addition to its national security council; Gen. Martin Dempsey, Chirman Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. David Petraeus, director CIA and Defense Secretary Leon Panetta – will make it easy for Benji Netanyahu to push Obama to attack Islamic Republic or give a green signal to Israel to go alone (I for one, am waiting for that moment to find out who beats the hell out of IOF, Hizbullah or Iran). According to Amir Oren, Dempsey had developed close relations with and admiration for Israel Occupation Force (IOF) as head of US Army Training and Doctrine Command. The IOF has a permanent liaison officer with Tradoc at its headquarters in Virginia.

“Between the end of June and Gates’ retirement, and the end of September and Mullen’s retirement, the danger that Netanyahu and Barak will aim at a surprise in Iran is especially great, especially since this would divert attention from the Palestinian issue,” wrote Oren.

Gordon Duff, chief editor Veteran Today, had warned American recently of “Israeli surprise”: “A powerful group within the United States, one with influence over the press and the ability to derail an investigation as was done with 9/11, has been “tasked” with laying the groundwork for a terrorist attack on America, one using nuclear material.” And as in the case of 9/11 – Muslims, particularly, Iran will be blamed for the attack.
