“Peace is obtained neither by Law nor Force but by compassion towards others and self-sacrifice,” Dr. Ahmadinejad, President of Islamic Republic of Iran.

On October 3, in his speech at the Norfolk Forum, former US defense secretary Robert Gates warned that a US-Israel attack on Iran would have disastrous consequences. The forum was attended by over 2000 people.

“Neither the United States nor Israel is capable of wiping out Iran’s nuclear capability. Such an attack would make a nuclear-armed Iran envitable. They would just bury the program deeper and make it more covert,” said Gates.

Gates also assured the anti-Muslim Zionist crowd that the US-Israel “crippling sanctions” are affecting Iranian economy, therefore, there is no reason to engage in a dangerous military conflict with Iran.

Iranian President Ahmadinejad has dismissed the rumors of economic downturn in Iran, saying the country is facing a tough economic and psychological war waged by the western Zionist-controlled regimes. Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatullah Ali Khamenei on his part said: “The Iranian nation has never bowed to pressure and never will, and this is the cause of enemy’s fury“.

The pro-Israel propagandists are aware of the fact that the intended puropse of these ‘crippling sanctions’ was to turn the Iranians against the Islamist rulers – which is not working. It has, in reality’, united the entire nation against foreign military intervention. Michael Singh, managing director of Jewish think tank, The Washington Institute, wrote on October 3: “The sanctions are unlikely to work. Instead, for the United States to succeed in its aims, sanctions must be just one part of a broad, coordinated, and (military) disciplined policy which brings all policy tools to bear on the goal of preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons“.

Professor Paul R. Pillar (Georgetown University) who worked as CIA intelligence analyst for 28 years, wrote on October 3: “Even if regime change wishers (US and Israel), had a better bet to make, they need to think hard about what they’re wishing for. Much of what they don’t like about Iran is not unique to the Islamic Republic and would continue under any imaginable successor regime. That includes the current nuclear program, which began under the Shah and has broad public support. It also includes many other things, including opposition to Israeli policies in region. We should have learned something in this regard from our regime-changing experience in Iraq, where the regime we have left which is narrowly sectarian, increasingly authoritarian, and pro-Iran“.

The Zioconservatives in their treason or ignorance don’t want to tell the American public what they mean by pro-USrael regime-change. The vast majority of Americans and the westerners are ignorant of the fact that the Presidency in Iran is totally different than in the United States. The President of Iran cannot assume the powers of a “civilian dictator” just because the majority of Congress and Senate (AIPAC poodle) is behind him – as is the case these days in America. Under Iranian Constitution, the President is a public representative, whose duty is to help the Supreme Leader run the affairs of the country on daily basis with the Majlis (parliament) consultations.

The Supreme Leader, under the Constitution, controls all four branches of Iran’s Armed Forces, Judiciary and appoints a few representatives in each of the governing bodies. In other words, the Ziocons’ (mostly Jewish dual citizen) dream of “regime change” will only work if the ‘foundation’ of the 1979 Islamic Revolution, the Supreme Leader, is removed. They tried that during 8-year Saddam’s invasion of Iran but failed. During that period, most of these Ziocons (Cheney, Rumsfeld, Kristol, Bolton, Kissinger, etc.) were supporting Saddam Hussein.

Stephen J. Sniegoski Ph.D, author of 2003 book ‘The War on Iraq: Conceived in Israel‘ wrote about Obama, Iran and Israel Lobby in July 2012: “President Obama will continue his policy of “drift toward war with Iran,” at least until after the November election. Should he be re-elected, perhaps he would change in his second term, but he still must consider the effect such a move would have on the political success of his second term, his legacy, and, as a relatively young man, his career after the presidency, all of which could be seriously jeopardized by his taking positions that run afoul of the Israel Lobby“.

US Col. Larry Wilkerson, former chief of staff to Gen. Colin Powell – however believes that after his meetings with Iranian leaders, it’s clear that under Israel Lobby grip, the US has lost the ability to understand how other states see their interests. Watch the video below.
